Booking on Hold lets you reserve a ticket fare for a limited time, depending on factors like booking time and departure date. During this period, the fare won’t change, allowing you to pay later without losing the quoted price. The exact hold time will be shared with you during booking. When ready, you can pay at any Air Peace office, contact customer service, or complete your payment online via the Manage Booking section on our website.
Name changes or ticket transfers are not permitted. However, if your name is misspelt on the ticket, please notify us immediately, we will review and advise.
If you have legally changed your name, provide official documentation, and we will update your ticket accordingly.
All Air Peace tickets are issued electronically. You will receive a 6 alpha-numeric Booking Reference and a unique 13-digit e-ticket number. Your booking details are securely stored in our system.
On travel day, simply present your e-ticket (printed or on your phone) for check-in. You can manage your booking, request changes, or special services online via the Air Peace website or app.
If your baggage is lost or you cannot locate it at the terminal, please visit the baggage services desk at the airport or meet any of our ground staff immediately. You must file a Property Irregularity Report form before leaving the airport, which will include a unique reference number to help track your baggage.
Please provide detailed information about your baggage, such as bag tag, colour, brand, and any identifying marks/content/s. Once your baggage is found, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
We will not be liable if you have already left the airport without filing a report.
Yes, Air Peace offers an Unaccompanied Minor service for children aged 5 to 11 and young persons travelling alone for children within age bracket 12 to 15. They are booked on the adult fare.
Fill in the unaccompanied minor’s form at the airport with a fee of 100 USD or equivalent for children 5 to 11 years and 80 USD or equivalent for children between 12 to 15 years.

Once you have confirmed and completed payment for your flight, whether online, at any of our offices, or through a travel agency, you will receive a summary of your booking details, including your booking reference (PNR) and ticket.
Your booking reference (PNR) serves as confirmation that your reservation has been successfully completed. In addition, a confirmation email containing your booking details and ticket will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
Kindly note that a medical report from your doctor confirming the duration of your pregnancy and fit to fly is required for all pregnant passengers. Pregnancy carriage limit on Air Peace flights is 32 weeks.

Yes, you can. Airports like international airports operate on a 24-hour timeframe; hence, you can walk in and make payment for your booking.
A valid ticket (ticket that has been paid for and issued) is valid for one year from the first date of travel. Where such tickets are modified for travel on a later date, the validity will count from the first intended travel date.
After making reservations, the flight itinerary is always sent to the passenger’s contact details (email address). This carries information about the flight details and time of travel. However, if there is a time change on the departure, passengers are notified via the same email, the new departure and arrival time.
Arriving at the airport solely depends on when the counter is opened for checking in. For Domestic flights, the counter opens 3 hours before the departure of the flight. For regional flights, it opens 4 hours before the flight departure. For international flights, it opens 6 hours before departure. Yes, for passengers in the business class/ first class cabin on both regional and international routes. Lounge access is covered by the airline. However, this is not so for the domestic routes and does not apply to economy passengers on regional/international routes. In such a case, lounge access and expenses are sorted by the passenger.
- Baggage Allowance on Domestic Flights: 15kg in Economy Class and 30kg in Business Class. Baggage in excess of the weight specified above is subject to a fee of N1000 per kilogram to be paid at the Airport and before check-in.
- Baggage Allowance on Regional Flights: 30kg in Economy Class and 40kg in Business Class. Lagos-Dakar-Lagos shall allow 46KG in economy class and 64KG in Business class. Lagos-Banjul-Lagos and Banjul-Dakar-Banjul and shall allow 30KG in Economy Class and 60KG in Business Class. Lagos-Monrovia and Accra-Monrovia shall allow 40KG in Economy Class and 50KG in Business Class. Baggage in excess of the weight specified above shall be charged on our regional routes at $6 per kilogram.

All voluntary refund requests on refundable tickets will be honoured, less 25% of the original ticket fare. Economy Non-Flexi tickets are Non-Refundable. Refunds of tickets are subject to Air Peace Limited’s policy, with a minimum waiting period of 4 weeks unless there is a flight cancellation at the time of travel. Tickets purchased from agents shall be refunded through the same agent, and not directly to you. Travel agents are agents of the passengers and not those of Air Peace Limited. For a third-party refund, an Authorization letter from the passenger, the Passenger’s ID card & Receiver’s ID card are required. Refunds are only applicable during the Ticket Validity Period. Any refund not requested during this period is deemed to have been forfeited. All passengers on our international routes must apply for a refund before utilizing any segment of their ticket, as partly used tickets are not refundable. Refunds shall be subject to a surcharge of $100 per flight segment for each passenger on our international routes, $30 per flight segment for each passenger on our regional routes and N5,000 (for only old T, M, L and current X, V) per flight segment for each passenger on our domestic routes. After No-Show, Refunds shall be subject to a surcharge of $150 per flight segment for each passenger on our international routes, $60 per flight segment for each passenger on our regional routes and N15,000 (for all classes) per flight segment for each passenger on our domestic routes
Fit-to-fly Documents are required from passengers experiencing medical/health challenges. This is a document obtained from a standard medical center prescribed by a professional doctor stating that the client is fit to travel. Passengers who may have undergone medical operations/surgeries are required to get a fit-to-fly certificate. Also, Pregnant women are required to come along with such documents as a condition of carriage by the Airline.
No, for domestic Flights. For regional/international routes, it depends on your nationality and your travel route. It is your responsibility to check the most recent entry/transit requirements of the country you are travelling to.
Passports come with their validity. For domestic Routes, your passport Validity may not be an issue for travel, but for regional/international routes, passport validity matters.

Unless explicitly stated, Air Peace does not offer hotel accommodation for connecting flights. Similarly, checked-in baggage will only be tagged to the first port of arrival. Passengers must claim their bags and proceed to check in for the onward journey.
